Politique d’expédition


The seller will provide an estimated delivery time and shipping cost at the time of purchase. The seller will make every effort to ensure that the products are delivered on time and in good condition. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any extra fee that may be incurred, such as toll fee (to Sentosa area) or equivalent. If the products are damaged upon receiving, the buyer must contact the seller immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. 

For all assembly service please take note that assembly works will require time and effort depending on the complexity of the product, and we will not entertain requests for expediting orders for gifting. We seek your understanding and mutual respect to this. All assembly shall strictly comply to 5-7 work days, any shorter time frame will be performed only at our discretion. 

Self collection is available at our physical stores. Please collect your orders within 3days when the notice is sent to you to inform you that your purchase is ready for collection. .
